Esther’s passion is finding her clients/customers the perfect fit in a home, whether it is a forever house or a starter home with room to grow. Establishing the right dialogue and knowing the needs of each individual are of utmost importance to her. No property is too big or too small. I co-founded the Home & Haven Team with the mission to personalize the real estate experience - to help clients feel comfortable, informed and excited about the process of buying and selling. With a background in new construction sales and selections, I bring a keen eye for detail and design and am passionate about helping everyone find their place in the world. As a Fishtown resident and native of Havertown, I pride myself on helping clients from city to burbs and beyond. Aside from my love for real estate, I love to spend my time exploring new restaurants and bars, enjoying quality time with friends, family and my rescue pup Leo and escaping to the shore for a good sunset!
Dessi is committed to helping families find homes that match their unique needs and goals. She takes a thoughtful approach, listening carefully to each client to fully understand what they are looking for in their ideal property. With her ability to speak Bulgarian, Turkish, and some Russian, she easily builds connection and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Her curiosity about different cultures developed through her travels and exploring cuisines from around the world. This allows Dessi to make meaningful connections with people from all walks of life. She also has an artistic spirit, appreciating music, art, and other creative pursuits in her free time.
What drives Dessi in real estate is the rewarding feeling of helping clients either find their dream home or sell their current house for the maximum value. With her personable approach, multilingual skills, and dedication to understanding each client's needs, Dessi is committed to making the experience of buying or selling a home stress-free and successful for her clients.
Born and raised in northeast Germany, she moved to Philadelphia in 2006 where she served as the executive assistant to the President of the German-American Chamber of Commerce. As a bilingual speaker, she was also able to assist the Honorary Consul of Germany in Philadelphia, helping people with their passports and translation-related inquiries.
When she and her husband decided to start a family, they ventured out into the suburbs and fell in love with Ardmore, where they are raising their twin daughters. Outside of the Compass realm, Jana loves to travel, going to the movies with her husband and taking long walks with her rescue dog Ham while listening to her favorite podcast.
